Our Story

Derek Jordan began his career in the early 1980s at a Dexion Storage Centre, where he specialised in building commercial storage systems, including pallet racking, shelving, and mezzanine floors. As the company expanded into commercial interiors, Derek honed his skills in office fit-outs, focusing on suspended ceilings and office partition systems.

When the company was eventually taken over and closed, Derek took the leap to become a self-employed subcontractor, bringing his expertise to clients independently. Over the years, Derek has worked on projects across the UK and Europe, delivering high-quality commercial interior solutions to a diverse range of clients.

After many successful years, Derek decided to expand his offerings, providing both the supply and installation of complete commercial interiors. With the support of a trusted network of specialist tradespeople he had collaborated with over the years, he has built a reputation for excellence and reliability.

Today, Derek prefers to focus his work closer to home, serving the Northern and Eastern London Home Counties. His expertise has evolved to specialise in fire-rated ceilings under mezzanine floors and working with local, smaller businesses. Most of his work comes through recommendations and long-standing connections, ensuring a personal and professional approach to every project.
